While players hit every shot in tennis each training session we pick a specific component of one stroke to focus on. For example if we are focusing on forehand topspin we may focus specifically on the racket prep before moving to the ball. In each 5 week session every week will build upon the previous with an additional/next step of the stroke. In addition to practice drills we include point play situation games each day to utilize skills in a live environment.

Tennis is not just about hitting the ball over the net. Being able to do so on the run and under pressure is challenging! In every session we provide agility, speed, and balance training to help players become well rounded athletes. Players are encouraged to play 10 sets a session; options include practice matches, challenge matches, and/or tournaments.
